• Availability:
  The app is available on the Apple App Store.

2. Registration & Eligibility

• User Registration:

• Adults (18+): Can register for a free Basic Account.

• Teens (14–17): May register with parental/guardian consent.

• Acceptance:
  By registering, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.

3. Content & AI-Generated Insights

• Content Creation:
  Our content is produced using advanced AI alongside human curation.

• Disclaimer:
  All content is provided for informational and discovery purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Users should verify details independently.

• Insight Delivery & Variability:

•  The number and frequency of insights delivered through the platform — including those referenced in marketing materials (e.g., "2 insights per day") — are provided as general expectations, not fixed guarantees. UMAN C AB reserves the right to increase or decrease the volume of insights delivered at any time, including for paid users, as part of ongoing improvements, editorial discretion, or experimentation (e.g., A/B testing).

• These variations are designed to optimize the user experience and content relevance. Any material or long-term changes to content delivery in paid plans will be clearly communicated in advance when appropriate, but do not constitute a breach of service unless explicitly guaranteed in the plan terms.

4. Usage Restrictions

• Permitted Use:
  The platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Prohibitions:
  You may not modify, copy, or redistribute any content, nor use the platform in any manner that could harm UMAN C AB or the experts featured on the platform.

  UMAN C AB may suspend or terminate accounts if these Terms are violated or if the platform is discontinued.

  If your account is suspended, you may appeal by contacting our support team at hello@Insights-app.com within 14 business days. We will review your appeal and respond within 14 business days. In certain cases, your appeal may be reviewed by an independent panel to ensure fairness.
